By downloading, installing, or using Veilora VPN, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Veilora VPN provides a virtual private network service for Android devices. The service encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers to protect your privacy and provide access to the open internet.
3. Free and Premium Plans
- Free Plan: 10 GB of VPN traffic per month at no cost. No credit card required.
- Monthly Premium: $2.99/month — unlimited traffic, all 28 servers, CDN Mode.
- Yearly Premium: $14.99/year — same as monthly, billed annually.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- A 3-day grace period is provided after subscription expiry before service is restricted.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Veilora VPN for:
- Any illegal activities under applicable law
- Distributing malware, spam, or conducting cyberattacks
- Violating the rights of third parties
- Circumventing sanctions or export controls
- Any activity that violates our network's acceptable use policies
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed through Google Play (Coming Soon), Telegram Stars, or cryptocurrency. For refund eligibility and procedures, see our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Veilora VPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of Switzerland.
