4. Acceptable Use Policy

What Veilora is for. Veilora exists to help you reach the open internet and to protect your privacy. Using the service to access information, websites and apps — including ones a government or network has blocked — and to bypass censorship or surveillance is exactly what it is for, and is expressly permitted. We do not treat accessing lawful information as misuse simply because an authority in your location restricts it.

What is not allowed. The following are prohibited because they harm other people, and they are prohibited no matter where you are or what your local law says. You agree not to use Veilora VPN to:

If you use the service for any of the above, we may suspend or terminate your access. We will restore access if a suspension was made in error. Because we do not keep logs of your activity (see our Privacy Policy), we generally cannot attribute abuse to an individual account on our own; we act on specific, credible reports.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed through Google Play (in the Android app), Telegram Stars, or cryptocurrency. Only Google Play subscriptions renew automatically; purchases made through our Telegram bot or web dashboard are one-time charges that do not auto-renew. For refund eligibility and procedures, see our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Veilora VPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of Switzerland.
