Veilora VPN operates a strict no-logs policy. We do not collect, store, or share:
- Your browsing history or DNS queries
- VPN connection timestamps or session duration
- Your real IP address or assigned VPN IP
- Traffic data or bandwidth usage per session
We collect only the minimum data required to operate the service: your email address (for account creation), subscription status (active/expired), and total monthly traffic used (to enforce the 10 GB free plan limit).
2. How We Use Information
The limited data we collect is used solely to:
- Authenticate your account and provide VPN access
- Enforce free plan traffic limits (10 GB/month)
- Process subscription payments through Google Play (Coming Soon) or Telegram
- Send critical service notifications (e.g., subscription expiry)
3. Data Storage and Security
Account data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) with encryption at rest. We use Firebase Authentication for secure login. No VPN traffic data is ever written to disk.
Our servers are located in Switzerland, Germany, Finland, and other jurisdictions with strong privacy laws.
4. Third-Party Services
- Google Play (Coming Soon) / RevenueCat: Subscription management. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare: CDN Mode routing and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may log connection metadata per their privacy policy.
- Firebase (Google): Authentication and database. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
- Telegram: Bot-based VPN config delivery and payments. Subject to Telegram's privacy policy.
5. User Rights
You have the right to:
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your account data
- Opt out of non-essential communications

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
