Refund Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscription at any time through Google Play (Coming Soon) settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
To cancel: Google Play (Coming Soon) → Subscriptions → Veilora VPN → Cancel subscription.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be issued within 48 hours of the initial purchase if the VPN service was not used.
- Technical issues that prevent the VPN from working may qualify for a refund — please contact support first so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
- Yearly subscriptions: refund available within 7 days if the service was not used.
- Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods.
- Refunds are not available if the account was suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Google Play (Coming Soon) purchases: Request a refund directly through Google Play (Coming Soon) at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Google processes these refunds directly.
- Crypto / CryptoBot / OxaPay payments: Contact support@veilora.net with your payment details and reason for refund.
- Telegram Stars: Telegram Stars purchases are non-refundable per Telegram's policy.
